School Rumble Season 1 & 2

plot :

Tsukamoto Tenma is an ordinary 2nd year high school student who has fallen in love with one of her classmates, Karasuma Ooji. However, currently she is unable to confess her feelings to him. To make things worse, she found out that Karasuma is transferring to another school in a year. On the other hand, Tenma's other classmate, Harima Kenji (who is a delinquent) is also in love with Tenma. Not being able to confess his feelings, Harima gets depressed day by day.

How do you watch such a film? You've got to lower any defenses you have. You've got to not allow yourself to try to make a sense out of everything you see. You've got to take it all, and let it enter you, just as smoothly as the film enters dinosaurs, cells, planetary evolution, or a simple living room of a troubled family. Make no judgements, consider nothing except the pure experience of being there, wherever the film takes you. Search no explanation, for there was no real rational reason other than intuition for images to be as they are.

Imagine a film about everything, with a remote storyline that talks about every theme, in every possible time of the world.

Hati Merdeka ( Heart Of FreeDom ) Indonesia Movie

Review :

I was officially psyched! I was really expecting this movie, which is the closure of a magnificent trilogy, taking the theme of Indonesian's struggle to total independency! June 1st is the day the Indonesians celebrate and commemorate the day of The Birth of The Pancasila. So when I heard Hati Merdeka would be screened widely on June 9th... "Oh I'm gonna be there!" I said to myself. "I'm gonna be there on the first day at the first show!" But due to the obnoxious traffic of Jakarta, I got the 3rd show on 4pm. And I was kinda disappointed seeing that my fellow Indonesians didn't share the same enthusiasm, you don't have to be fully psyched about this epic movie but at least I really think we should've rolled out the red carpet for Hati Merdeka.

Hearts of Freedom, or also known as Merah Putih III is an Indonesian epic movie presented with English subtitle as the third and final instalment of a Trilogy created by Indonesian filmmakers and techies from Hollywood. Hati Merdeka is also starring the late talented British actor who died in April 2011, Mike Bell. It's a war motion picture focusing on several important elements crucial to make the audience aware of the gritty war between the Indonesian Army and KNIL.

Hati Merdeka centers on several characters --who are already familiar for the viewers of the previous movies--. Tomas (Donny Alamsyah), an illiterate but a brave man, and is trying desperately to date Senja (Rahayu Saraswati). Marius (Darius Sinathrya), a rich kid from a father who's pro KNIL, but he chooses to fight with the Indonesian Army. Lieutenant Dayan (Teuku Rifnu Wikana) the mute and Captain Amir (Lukman Sardi), their leader, the pious and the pacifist.

Stunning effects, swooping camera angles, and an interesting concept more than make up for the film's defects - namely Hayden Christensen - reprising the gloomy, wounded, misunderstood, petulant anti-hero role he played so ineffectively in the Star Wars prequels.

The other performances were sound (Samuel L Jackson's hair included) with Jamie Bell particularly outstanding as the nervy Griffin. His performance adds to the frantic energy of the film and every scene without him is the poorer for it.

While the pacing and energy of the film keeps you glued to your seat, it is only on reflection that I realised how unsatisfying the story ultimately was - leaving me with an "is that all?" kind of feeling. The answer, of course, will probably be 'No' as this film seems to have been made with the idea of sequels firmly in sight.

All in all - a tightly made film, with the scenes inside the Colosseum worth the price of admission alone - if only they'd cast someone else in the lead role!

Mausam focuses on a proud Punjabi happy-go-lucky boy, Harry. Harry loves to race with the local train, and believes he will surely beat it one day. When he meets his new neighbour, Aayat a muslim girl who is living with her aunt, the two fall in love at first sight. Their friendship and love grows during Harry's older sister Pammo's wedding. On the last day of the wedding Harry asks Aayat if she loves him, she tells him to meet her tomorrow and she will give him an answer. The next day Harry sets out to meet Aayat. He reaches her home only to find that Aayat left overnight with her aunt. Aayat's father was involved in a Kashmir bomb and they had to leave instantly. Harry doesn't know the reason and thinks that Aayat ditched him and doesn't love him. Heartbroken Harry, gets and acceptance into the Air Force and decides to take the offer.

7 years later Aayat is in Scotland at the Academy of Dance and Harry is in Scotland as well on an Air Force exchange. Aayat sees Harry but is hesitant to meet him in the thought that he might not recognise her. Harry sees Aayat walking through the streets of Scotland and makes contact with her. The two realise that they still have feelings for each other and Harry asks her to marry him. Aayat replies that come to my house for dinner and you will get your answer. The next day Harry is on his way to Aayat's house when he gets called on a mission as war has broken out. A lost and heartbroken Aayat longs for Harry and believes that one day he will come back. On the other side Harry is leading a group of pilots to bomb a border, during the mission Harry's plane has a malfunction and has an accident resulting in Harry's left arm being paralyzed. Aayat continues to love and think of Harry and writes him letters to his home.

In her last letter she states that if she doesn't receive a reply she will consider that she has lost him forever. Pammo gives birth to a baby boy and as a wish to her son she asks Harry to find Aayat. Harry agrees and set off to find his love one more time. He sees Aayat at a train station all alone. He runs back only to find her in the train with Akram (her friend) and Akram's son. Harry thinks that Aayat is married to him and the boy is their child. He leaves silently, in pain and heart break. It has been 2 years now and Harry is in Ahmedhbad attending his friends wedding.

Kung Fu PAnda 2 Is Worth Watching!!

hye. if you looking for a movie to watch on your leisure time especially if you have kids, this is the movie that i recomendded. It suitable for kids, nice language and extremely excites!!

Kunf Fu Panda Po tell a story about Po living his dream as The Dragon Warrior, protecting the Valley of Peace alongside his friends and fellow kung fu masters, The Furious Five. But Po's new life of awesomeness is threatened by the emergence of a formidable villain, who plans to use a secret, unstoppable weapon to conquer China and destroy kung fu. Po must look to his past and uncover the secrets of his mysterious origins; only then will he be able to unlock the strength he needs to succeed.

Parents need to know that this sequel to 2008's hit animated film about an unlikely martial arts hero returns to China, where Po (again voiced by Jack Black) and the rest of his kung fu clan must defeat a new villain who's armed with gunpowder and cannons. The movie's surprisingly poignant, sometimes serious story addresses the conflict between tradition and modernization, as well as Po’s discovery of a long-hidden tragedy and his journey to accept an unusual upbringing. Not surprisingly, there’s plenty of action -- including explosions, swordfights, and lots of kung fu fisticuffs. Scenes involving parent-child separation could also be upsetting for kids. Unlike the first film, this one is offered in 3-D, which can make some of the sequences feel more intense.

Kung Fu Panda 2 is a good movie that arrives on the expectation of a great one. Despite its drawbacks the kids will still love it, it’s still epic and entertaining for adults, and the movie still manages to say something inspired and meaningful - even if it takes a little longer to do so.
